Unmanned Drones

For lower altitude and near-field point source quantification, our quadcopter and hexacopter platforms are an ideal solution. Our drones are equipped with winds, temperature, relative humidity, and pressure measurements, and can be outfitted with a methane/ethane analyzer, whole air sampling canisters, or other instruments that fit within the payload weight limits. Our custom-built iPad app controls the drone flight path, with real-time data and camera views.

DJI Matrice 210

The Matrice 210 (aka “David”) is a quadcopter platform with a payload of ~5-6 lbs. This payload is sufficient for a methane/ethane analyzer (as shown), or any client-owned lightweight instrument with serial communication.

DJI Matrice 600 Pro

The Matrice 600 Pro is a hexacopter platform with a payload of ~12-13 pounds. This payload is sufficient for a methane/ethane analyzer and several mini WAS (whole air sample) canisters, as shown in the image above.
